Healing requires the opposite skill.

This course is not meant to be binged. It is not a test of strength. And it is not something you “power through” to prove you’re healed.

If at any point you feel foggy, numb, agitated, disconnected, emotionally flooded, or unusually tired. Those are not failures. Those are signals.

Your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you alive.

Here’s how to move safely:

  1. Pause whenever your body asks you to
  2. Repeat lessons as often as needed
  3. Skip exercises that feel like too much
  4. Ground before and after difficult material
  5. Never force emotional release

Healing happens when your system feels safe enough to stay present. Not when it’s overwhelmed into shutdown.
