Holey Healing: Reclaiming Your Life After Incest

Course Overview

At Holey House, we believe every scar tells a story of strength. Our new program, Holey Healing, is an invitation to begin rewriting that story. It’s a journey from shame to self-compassion, from isolation to connection, and from a life defined by what happened to a life centered on who you are.

A Note From One Survivor to Another

I created this program because I am a survivor, just like you. I am not a professional or an expert; I am a fellow traveler on this path. For over three years, I was obsessively determined to “figure this out” because the painful baggage of incest was simply too heavy to carry. I read, I researched, I stumbled, and I fell. I took plenty of wrong turns and made mistakes along the way. I learned what left me feeling re-traumatized and what actually worked.

Holey Healing is the program I wish I had. It’s filled with the knowledge, resources, and tools I didn’t know I needed, let alone existed.

My healing isn’t a finish line. I return to many of these issues over and over again. But with each return, my understanding deepens, my power is reclaimed, and I heal a little more. I no longer live in confusion, doubt, or debilitatingly painful emotions. My days are not filled with agonizing loneliness or the bottomless void of longing.

From the very beginning, I clung to my inner strength and resilience, because I knew I wasn’t just doing this for me. I believe with all my holey soul that my purpose was also to create this for you. Because you deserve healing too.

What’s Possible for You

This program isn’t just a list of exercises or a collection of information. It’s a guided transformation designed to change your life from the inside out, informed by a path that has already been walked.

From a Brain on High Alert to a Body at Peace

For so long, your nervous system has been stuck in survival mode. You’ve been living with a constant hum of anxiety and fear. With Holey Healing, you’ll learn to gently soothe your body and mind, moving from a state of hypervigilance to one of calm and safety. You’ll discover that your body can be a place of peace, not a source of pain.

From a Broken Identity to Unshakable Worth

The lie that you are “damaged” has held you captive for too long. You’ll stop believing that your worth is tied to your past. As you work through this program, you’ll begin to see yourself not as a victim, but as a resilient soul with a powerful story. You’ll move from a trauma-based identity to an identity rooted in unshakable self-worth and purpose.

From Toxic Relationships to Authentic Connections

Trauma taught you that love is conditional and trust is dangerous. You may have found yourself in a cycle of betrayal and disappointment. Holey Healing will help you identify the patterns that no longer serve you and build the skills to create genuine, reciprocal relationships. You’ll learn to set boundaries with confidence, transforming your relationships from draining to empowering and supportive.

From a Story of Shame to a Narrative of Strength

For years, you’ve carried a secret that has weighed you down. This program gives you the tools to reclaim your story on your own terms. You’ll move from a place of silent suffering to a place of honest self-expression, rewriting your narrative from one of shame to a powerful testament to your resilience and bravery.

From a Life of Avoidance to a Life of Empowerment

You no longer have to live in the shadows of what happened. Holey Healing provides a tangible, step-by-step path to move from surviving to thriving. You’ll gain practical tools and insights that empower you to take control of your healing, enabling you to step confidently into a future you create for yourself.

The Tools for Your Transformation

To support your journey, we’ve created a series of powerful digital tools. These aren’t just checklists and prompts; they are blueprints for a new way of thinking and living. Here’s just a few of the tools I created for you:

  1. My Daily Grounding & Self-Soothing Kit: Your personal guide to finding calm in moments of overwhelm.
  2. Challenging the Inner Critic Worksheets: A simple, yet powerful way to rewire negative thought patterns.
  3. Healing Rituals and Prompts Journal: A sacred space to release the past and embrace the future.
  4. Boundary Building 101 E-workbook: Your practical guide to reclaiming your power in every relationship.
  5. Affirmations for the Healing Heart Card Deck: A constant reminder of your strength and worth.

Your holes don’t have to be a source of pain forever. They are a space for something new to grow. This is your chance to fill them with peace, strength, and an unwavering sense of who you are.

Are you ready to begin your journey of Holey Healing?

  • Survivors of Incest - This course is designed first and foremost for survivors themselves, people who may be: Carrying the heavy weight of shame, secrecy, and self-blame. Struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being “stuck.” Hungry for answers about why they feel the way they do and what to do about it. Ready to start healing, but unsure where to begin, or tired of piecing together fragmented resources on their own. Holey Healing gives survivors what they’ve been searching for: validation, education, and actionable tools. It meets them right where they are, whether they’re newly awakening to their trauma, or years into their healing journey but craving deeper guidance and structure.
  • Professionals Who Work with Survivors - The second audience is therapists, coaches, support workers, and advocates who serve survivors of incest. These professionals often know the limits of a one-hour session and recognize the importance of giving survivors tools to practice in-between. For them, Holey Healing provides: A trusted resource they can recommend without fear of re-traumatization. Trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices that complement therapy and coaching work. Structured activities (worksheets, journaling prompts, affirmations) that help clients continue their healing between appointments. Language that validates survivors’ experiences, making it easier for professionals to support survivors with compassion and clarity. In short, this course is a bridge: for survivors, it’s the missing piece of their healing journey. For professionals, it’s the resource that extends the healing work far beyond the therapy room.
