The Service provides survivor-centered, trauma-informed educational content, personal reflections, creative work, and resources.

- Therapy or counseling
- Medical or psychiatric treatment
- Crisis intervention
- Legal, medical, or mental health advice
Nothing on this Service creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or professional relationship of any kind.
You acknowledge that the Service is not a substitute for licensed professional care.
User Responsibility and Emotional Risk
You acknowledge that:
- Trauma-related content may be emotionally activating
- You are responsible for regulating your engagement with the Service
- You will seek professional support when needed
The Company is not responsible for emotional distress, triggering experiences, or personal outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
Purchases and Digital Products
All Products offered through the Service are provided as-is, unless otherwise stated.
By placing an Order, You represent that:
- You are legally capable of entering binding contracts
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- All purchase information is accurate and complete
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on a specific sales page:
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted within that period
- After 7 days, all sales are final
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds outside this policy.
